Corepower Yoga Heated Sculpt

Heated Yoga


Did a heat yoga weights class today with my friend Nate. I find between Bikram and Heated yoga, I spend enough time stretching and strengthening the same ligaments and joints that allow me to run injury free. Not to mention how fantastic it feels after the class. It is very important to supplement your running with different forms of exercise that will challenge your muscles in different ways. I also find bouldering or rock climbing helps condition my core which helps me hold better form when fatigued.
